The end of a year

Every year, I like to write myself a little memo of the year that went - what I accomplished, experienced, and gained. What I lost, regretted and never wanted to do again.
This year has been joyful, but very difficult.
This has been the year where I got into three amazing fandoms; Homestuck; Doctor Who; BBC Sherlock. This is the year I cried for the end of Harry Potter; got into Pottermore; got sorted into Hufflepuff. And this is the year where I learned that I can tell people my honest opinion; when I feel stepped upon; when I don't agree.
I started this year, just waiting for something to happen, not knowing what to do to myself. Then I started school and my lust for art and learning techniques spread like a wildfire; all day, every day, I was thinking about what to do next; what I should improve; how I could solve different problematics.
I was on a roll, I'd never felt better.
Then the unthinkable happened, and I got an inflammation in my right hand.
I've done everything I can; kept it calm; had it in a cast; went to x-ray; got a blockage. But nothing has helped so far - and it's been 5 months.
My life came to a half. From the last 5 moths, I haven't got a lot of memory, only frustration and anger. I don't know what to do with my life now, all my future plans were canceled and I can't answer my own questions. I can only wait, and hope it won't be long.
It saddens me, that I'll go into the new year with this, not knowing where my life will go, and at what speed.
But everything will be sorted out eventually, and I will be able to gain what I have lost.

I have promised myself something, that I will look forward to, when the inflammation has gone. And I can't wait, it'll be another chapter in my life!

I wish all of you a great new year, with dreams coming true ♥

Updating has become a rarity for me now, haha.

Two weekends ago I went to a meet up in Aarhus! It was a good day, and nice to wear lolita again - it's been a while!

We went to AROS, where they had an exhibition with Olafur Eliasson - which resulted in a lot of cool photos by Sascha!

And I took this of rainbowception; a rainbow outside of the rainbow panorama;

Last weekend I went to some Christmas-"cozy" with my loli-circle!

Tomorrow, I'm going to wear loli again, it's great!

horn tutorial v.0.2

V.0.2 of the ram horns for my Aradia Megido cosplay!
(I forgot to put this up yesterday, I'm sorry)

These horns are easier to make than the previous ones, and weights nothing at all - this means, that I was able to just stick them through my wig, and hold them together with a ribbon! They don't give you a headache, and are easy to deal with.

Let's get started!

For these horns, you'll be using:
Wire mesh
Wire
Paint tape (optional)
Papier-mache
Wood glue (for indoors)
Ribbon (anything will do)
Acrylic paint (color of your own choice)

1. This is the wire mesh I used - I cut it out in pieces, and put them together with wire. You can see the finished form on the right in the picture - it took a while to get the shape right, so be prepared for trial and error!

2. This is basically the forms I used for a single horn - notice that I have cut a lot into every piece, to make it able to shape as I wanted it to.

3. Wrap it up in paint tape - NOTE, this is optional!

4. Cover them in papier-mache, and do the textures with papier-mache too.

5. For this, I cut a small hole on both sides of each horn, and put a ribbon through - like this, I could hang them up, so it was easier to even out the glue!
I gave them three layers of glue - you have to wait for each layer to dry, before applying the next one.
This makes the horns hard to bend out of shape, but they're still soft to the touch!

NOTE, remember to fit them for your head, and adjust the shape often!

6. Paint them in the desired colors! I still need to paint these properly and give them a layer of shine.

DONE! I didn't get a picture of how I put them in the wig, but basically, I cut a hole where I wanted them to be, and stuck them through - the ribbon hold them together, so they don't fall out of the wig or fall out of place!

J-popcon '11

I had a blast at this years J-popcon!
For the first time in a long, long time, I didn't sleep with Liv - I had decided to do something so drastic, as to stay at a hotel with 14 other people! We were divided in 2 rooms, and the people were from our Homestuck group. It was fun, and I wouldn't mind doing it again! And the view, man, from the 9th floor, you can see the whole city..

Friday I was dressed as Matryoshkastuck!Aradia, but I'm not completely satisfied with my hoodie, it was very last-minute, and I couldn't do much with my hand - so I will re-do it someday.
But it was fun, and I'm surprised a lot of people could recognize me :'D

I meant to wear it Saturday too, but as the rest of the Homestuck group were backstage, getting ready to do to opening act for the cosplay show, as the majority of my friends were too, I didn't wear it. But I had fun! I didn't really see that much of the con, mainly sitting around and talking.
The show was amazing! I'm really surprised at the level Danish cosplayers have come to, it's all so innovative and inspiring.

Sunday was the J-fashion.dk fashion show, and I wore this;

I didn't expect a lot of people to show up, as it was quite early, in con-perspective, but a big amount of people did show up!

I got a ride to Silkeborg with Emma, where I stayed the night at Kristines place - I was so lucky to catch the con-flu, haha!

Good afternoon, everyone!

First of all, I want to thank all of my readers; you've gotten so many, and all the comments you leave me warms me up in this cold time ♥ I appreciate all of you, and the time you spend reading my blog!

In the coming days I will be posting a new horn tutorial, and about my trip to J-popcon.
I hope you'll look forward to it!

But more importantly I'll give you a little update on the inflammation;
After I got the cast off I couldn't feel any bettering, so today I had an appointment with my orthopedic. This inflammation is so frustrating, and he doesn't get why it's not gone yet - so he decided to give me a 'blockage', a fluid I got in my tendon. This should hopefully help within the next two weeks! This has also made my arm completely numb, haha. Except when I bend the hand backwards, that feels like someone is ripping the tendon out my arm..

I'm hoping for the best! And I'm sorry for these boring blogs I make at the moment :(

As mentioned, I called the orthopedic yesterday. I'm getting really frustrated with this, as it has been four damn months already, and the pain has just gotten worse - so when they told me I could get an appointment the 14th of November, I felt like crying.
But the secretary I talked to told me she would ask the doctor what I should do, and then I could call her back.
They came to the conclusion that I could come in right away, and I could get a cast on!

I will have to wear it for 10 days only, and then the inflammation should be gone, hopefully.

Only thing about this is, that it goes all the way out to my fingertips, haha. It makes me so handicapped; I can't button my shirts; can't tie my shoelaces; can't put my hair in a ponytail; can't open jars; etc.. but I'll manage!
Tonight I didn't sleep too much, because I woke up and suddenly felt claustrophobic and panicked. I was convinced my fingers would fall off, and I imagined my hands filled with stinging red blisters.
Well, I have to get used to this for sure!

Last week we [in school] were assigned to draw a self portrait, while looking in a mirror.
This too is done all with my left hand - the inflammation is getting worse lately, and I will call the orthopedic tomorrow..

I've had a few complaints that I don't update my blog that often anymore - so here you have a small update!
First of all, the inflammation isn't gone yet, and it's been three months. Hopefully, it'll be fully functioning again in 2 months time or so.
This is also the reason I don't update that much, I'm frankly not able to do much, haha... It's getting frustrating and I've lost the patience, but this is how it is.

BUT, I'm getting better and better at drawing with my left hand!

And I made a "re-design" of the book cover for Stephen Kings "CELL" (PULS is the Danish title), with a ballpoint-pen and a marker,

Last, but not least, we've made dreamboards in school, but I might have taken too much artistic liberty with it, instead of just plastering it with stereotypic "dreams",

My teacher didn't think I took the project seriously and asked "if my future would have a big black background?", so I had to re-do some things.
I didn't want to ruin it completely, though, especially when there was a meaning behind the background. Well, I'll be able to defend my ideas and thought Thursday!

These days I spend too much time watching TV shows - but in between I get a little creative. Well, the most creative I can be right now!

The past few days I've had a little project going, and some of you might find it useful.

Do you ever feel like you have nothing to wear, and you clothes just seem dull?

Fear not!

You can dye your clothes, and it will feel like new!

I, myself, had a pair of blue jeans, a baby pink top, a blue dress and a washed black t-shirt.
On a daily basis I wear a lot of black and I haven't really got many bright colors in my wardrobe; so the top and the dress have just been lying around for ages, not being used - on the contrary, I've used the t-shirt so much that the color had faded quite a lot.

For the dying I used Admiral - a danish fabric color brand, that can be used in the washing machine, which is the easies way to dye clothes.

This is how it looked before and after,

NOTE: when dying clothes, you have to make sure how much it weights, as a higher weight gives a lighter color!
NOTE 2: when dying jeans it's best to use the jeans-color for the best result; but as I didn't want the blue jeans to be completely black, I went for the basic color.
NOTE 3: The fabric-color usually can't dye the thread used for sewing - this can be seen on my dress, which still has a slightly visible blue thread.

As you can see in the image, the top and the dress has gotten a washed-black color, due to the weight from the jeans.
This was easy to solve, as I had another pair of jeans - an old pair that have been used so much that they have haded to a bluish-black - that I needed to dye too.
For these, I used the jeans-color, and put the top and the dress in the washer together with the jeans, so now they are completely black too.

This is a really cheap (Admiral cost 59Dkkr) way to renew your wardrobe, and make the washed-out clothes seem new again!

It's always in a situation like this, when your tools have been taken away from you, that you have the biggest need for them.
For the past 1½ month I've had tenosynovitis - which means I haven't been able to draw, craft or anything that requires the use of my right hand.
It's frustrating, and some days I feel so angry I could just scream.
But nothing is so bad it is not good for something,
I've learned to write nicely with my left hand, and I'm starting to get the grasp of using it to draw too.

So now that I can't do much, I spend a lot of time with jigsaws, games and TV series!
The past week have been dedicated to these lovely games,

I love them. What more can I say. Inspiration-bomb, right there, haha!

horn tutorial

I promised a few people to take progress-pictures of the horns I made for my Homestuck Aradia Cosplay!
First of all, there's two tutorials here. I wasn't satisfied with the first pair, so I made a new one - they still aren't perfect, so I'm making yet a new set, to make them more ram-like.
Though, these tutorials might be useful to those who want to make larger horns - the progress can easily be fitted to the kind of horns you want to make!
I find ram horns quite difficult to make, as the shape easily bends..
The first set is more time consuming than the second set.
I won't show how I got them to sit on my head, as the method I used is retarded and requires two people to get it on, haha.
But let's get started!

For the first set, you'll be using:
Hard wire // Paper form
Expanding foam
Tape
Papier-mache
Plaster // Polyfilla
Sandpaper
Paint

1. First you make the desired shape out of the wire. You can use a paper-form if you have to make a straight horn.

2. Fill them out with expanding foam - don't use too much, it expands like hell! With the wire base I made, the cutting was to be careful. It took a while, so that I wouldn't hit the wire and cute off too much.

3. If you happen to cut off too much at places, take some of the cut off foam and tape it to the form, to fill out the spaces!

4. Coat them with papier-mache.

5. Coat them with plaster or Polyfilla (using plaster you have to be quick, as it hardens very fast).

6. Sand them so they get a smoother surface.

7. Lastly, you paint them with the desired colors!

For the second set, you'll be using:
Pipe cleaners // wire
Tin foil
Masking tape
Polyfilla
Sandpaper
Paint

1.First, make your desired shape out of pipe cleaners or wire, and form them with tin foil. Use the tin foil to get to the desired thickness.

2. Cover them in masking tape.
NOTE! Here would be a good place to coat them with papier-mache, but I was too lazy to do it - papier-mache let's the Polyfilla bind easier.

3. Coat them in Polyfilla and sand them.

4. Paint them in the desired colors!
Here you can also see the difference in the two pairs I made; the first pair ended up being too large, and bend out of shape.

hamburg trip

After the Harry Potter premiere I went to meet with Gabi in Århus - she had offered me a free 2-days vacation to Hamburg!
It was so nice of her, and I had a blast. She was going to get a tattoo, and I got to watch the whole process - I've wanted to see how it's done for quite a while.
The tattoo turned out amazing, it's so well done and beautiful.

I'm very grateful for the experience ♥
And I got to fill up on markers and pencils!

I'm back and able to update again!

Last month, the 11th, I went to Copenhagen - I stayed there until the 13th.
Not just for the usual chillaxing with Liv, but for the Harry Potter MEGA MARATHON + midnight premiere at Imperial ♥ ♥ ♥
Oh God, I can't describe my feelings about it.
It was amazing seeing all the movies (though, I didn't make it for the first one) on the big screen, and the excitement from everyone was overwhelming.
When Deathly Hallows part 2 started I realized that we were going to watch the last Harry Potter movie. Shit man, I was crying so much throughout the movie!

Still, I don't really get it's over..

Kløften Festival

Quite a while since my last blog, huh!
I've had a lot of nice things to attend to lately, and I can't wait to tell about all of it; though, I'll divide everything into separate blogs.

IN the end of June was Kløften Festival. As the last 20 years, I attended, and I had a most wonderful time.
Some of the concerts we went to; Alphabeat, Turboweekend, De Glade Sømænd, Crash-kurs, Vinnie Who, Duné, The Floor Is Made Of Lava and Sort Sol.
Well, enough talk, picture-time!

At one point it started to rain like crazy! People sought shelter under tables, haha.

For years, I've wanted to shave part of my head again, but the "maybe I'll regret it"-question kept creeping into my head. Though, yesterday I decided I should just do it, before I shave off all my hair - I'm so tired of it just being long! So I got Sascha to shave it for me ♥

It's very discreet, and can be hid away when I have my hair down. I love it, and it feels nice with something new ♥

In my last blog I wrote that I had to got up at 3:30 AM - because I was taking the bus to Livs place! The bus ride is 5½ hours, so long.
Thursday I went to the opening of the new Disney Store Copenhagen. Liv works there, so I basically spend 4 hours in there, waiting for her! ♥ It's quite magical, and I love the big screen where you can choose what clips you want to see; some of my favorite classics are in there too ♥

I couldn't help myself, I had to buy the huge Marie mug, and the Marie key-chain. The pins and the hat were handed out for free ♥ I've actually wanted a Mickey hat like that forever!

Liv and i spend a lot of time with the Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone Quiz and just chilling.

And of cause, there were Livs 18-years birthday! She hosted a party and a lot of people showed up. It was a lot of fun, with a bonfire and a lot of dancing. It lasted till 4 AM, where the birds started to sing.

I was part of giving her a Nimbus 2000 broom - and the most unlikely thing happens; she gets 2! I would have never thought it to be possible, for something so nerdy and kind-of-not-easy-to-get-thing to be given to her twice, haha!

Then I went home yesterday; again a 5½ hour ride.

The froosh smoothie is super delicious! Someday I'll have to try out their recipes.
And well, I came home yesterday, and tomorrow I'll be going again; this time to Århus, to hang out with my sister before we head home to our parents ♥

A re-draw I did in April - the one on the left is from 2005! Progress? Maybe, haha!

I've never tried drawing~music~exercises before, but we did one yesterday in school. Boy, can I say I loved that! We were listening to 10 pieces of music, we had to stand up when listening to some of them, and we only had 4 pieces of oil pastels - the time for every drawing, was the length of the song. I'll definitely use it more to get some feelings out + it's quite fun. These are a few of the ones I did;

I really like our classroom; it's big, has a lot of nice books and materials, aaand, we have some way too cool things, like these zebras!

I just got a new sweater today ♥

This weekend was spend with my parent, and Bernhard, in their summer cottage. I enjoyed it, I was able to completely relax! It's still not finished, so the toilet didn't work, there were holes in the ceiling (it was like sleeping in a tent, haha) and my dad was working on it all the time. But I love it there ♥ I read a lot, went for quite a few walks on the beach and watched a few movies. I can't wait to go back there when my vacation starts!

On another note; I just got two additions to my small terrace; a chrysanthemum and a strawberry plant. One of the strawberries were already ripe today, and I can tell you, it was delicious and sweet ♥

This Saturday, Karneval was held here in Aalborg. I went to watch the parade with Sascha, Kenny and Mads.
I wore my Pikachu kigurumi, though I didn't get a picture of it :I But I wore the make-up as pictured above - and look! My fringe is different. I went to the hairdresser Friday. They were having a discount, so I got my hair cut for very cheap; it was really needed, I haven't been at the hairdresser for more than 7 months. So now it's all healthy-looking again ♥

I've gotten a few ArtCards ready, something I'm planning to make a lot of. They're the size of trading cards, a fun format to work with! Sometime, hopefully soon, I'll be putting some for sale, starting taking ArtCard commissions and doing art trades. I hope somebody will be interested, haha ♥

A while back I placed an order for a headbow from The Other Alice - we had planned to meet up at some point, but we never seemed to find a time for it.. So yesterday Ane sent it to me, and I received it just now! So fast.
I have to say, it's perfect. Everything I seek in a headbow, and the quality is amazing. It's like holding a real brand-piece in my hands! I'll definitely buy more accessories from her ♥

A few weekends ago Sascha came by and visited me - and we had decided on doing a photoshoot with my Moogle-outfit! It was fun, even if it started raining halfway through. You can see all the photos over at her website, ZARSU.DK ♥

During her stay we also dressed up in loli to stuff ourselves with food and watch anime, haha! Best way to spend time together, yeah ♥

Then this weekend was noise-evening with Anime Kita, and I dressed up in loli again. Sascha and I were twinning in our "Cosmetic Print" dresses! I had a great time, though it's super hard dancing StepMania in all those layers..

This weekend was supposed to be spend in Randers, but due to some nasty blood-blisters underneath my feet, I was unable to walk. I feel so sorry for myself, hahaha :'o(

So, the Easter break is over, and I had a wonderful time at my parent's ♥
I spend my time reading, visiting family and eating (as always, haha)!
And speaking of family, no one, and I mean no one, can look tanned compared to my dad;

These last three pictures are from my little adventure yesterday. I was biking around my neighborhood to find places I haven't visited before, and I ended up on the side of the chalk pit where I haven't been. It's really quite nice up there, the view is amazing and it's a perfect reading-spot. Though, after some reading I wanted to go all the way around the chalk pit - which was an impossible mission! Oh god, I don't know how I got myself into that mess, haha. At one point I though I just had to die up there, the road is SO narrow you won't even believe it, and some places it's basically nonexistence. It was impossible to get my bike around with me, but in the end I got down safely, haha.

Yes, I bought another notebook.

Today, in school, we had to design our very own Ex-Libris! I loved the assignment, and had a lot of ideas instantly. So of cause, we all started off by finding the right design for ourselves.

Afterwards we had to paint it onto eggs - because it's Easter! I've always loved painting eggs for Easter, but I haven't for many years, and I have to tell you, it was harder than I remember! (maybe just because I wanted it to be almost perfect, haha)

It was a fun assignment - and I like how my Ex-Libris turned out ♥

Got this gorgeous book in the mail yesterday! It was love at first sight - everything I seek in a notebook. Well, yes, I do have a thing for notebooks, but I find it very hard to find some in this perfect, ancient, magic-style kind of way.

I spend this weekend with my family. It was SO nice just relaxing at home and not having to worry about anything. My parents had just gotten home from a vacation to Bermuda, so I looked albino compared to them, haha. Though, sadly I haven't got a picture of that!
Right before my parents took off it was my dad's 50 years birthday. So now we got the opportunity to celebrate him ♥
During the weekend I ate a lot. Like, A LOT. You know, I love eating and when it tastes good, I eat more than I can bear, haha.

Can you feel the spring? I love it! When I arrived at the train station today it was too hot for jackets and scarfs ♥

This weekend was in the name of Mousy!
As she had predicted, we ended up eating, watching some movies, eating some more, drawing a bit, read urban legends and ate. Did I mention we ate a lot?
I was supposed to go home yesterday, but I didn't feel like going home, so I stay one more night ♥

We watched "the Road to Eldorado", "How To Train Your Dragon", "Monsters Inc." and "Repo: the Genetic Opera" ♥ And then a few episodes of "Drawn Together". Man, I felt kind of disgusting after eating all we did, haha!

I already miss my Mouse ♥

..and as you might have guessed, I've finally bought myself a camera! I love it so much. I'm also trying to find a good way to edit pictures, so look forward to seeing some different kinds of photos in the future.

First of all, I want to say that my heart is with Japan.

I would like to say something wise and remarkable about it, but hell, it doesn't help anyone. So I made a donation instead, it helps more then just saying something.

I'm a bit late with my OkashiiCon post, haha. But better late than never!
On the 4th, Kenny, Sascha, Louise, Sabrina and I drove off to Malmø - it was a very long drive, but I slept through most of it. Like I always do, haha!

I wore this Friday - it's the same skirt I wore when Sascha and Kenny visited me at my post-birthday. Though, I got around to paint the Spade on it for OkashiiCon! It's still not entirely finished, but I love it so far. I was actually supposed to wear another pair of shoes, but I kind of bought these when we arrived to Malmø, haha~ I really like them, they go so well with the outfit.

Saturday I wore a lolita version of Moogle from the Final Fantasy series.
It was kind of a last minute sewing project, so the dress and wings didn't turn out great, but I like it nonetheless!

For this outfit I was supposed to have worn big, white, furry-boots, but they were forgotten - so the flats were a last resolution I bought in Malmø. -And yes, it was damn cold outside, I felt like I was dying, haha!

Happy birthday

I'm 19 years old now, it doesn't really feel that different from being 18, haha.
It was this Saturday, so I had invited my parents, sisters and their boyfriends over for brunch. I had planned everything in beforehand, and luckily I got everything done almost on time! But I tell you, five hours of cooking is hard on you!

I remembered to take a photo of the food when people had started eating, so all the plates, most of the smoothies, bread and pancakes are gone. But doesn't it look delicious? There was SO much food, and almost everything was eaten, haha ♥

I had such a good time, it was nice having them all visit me.
I even got a LOT of present, some really good ones! Let me show you:

I also got a big and fluffy shirt, tights and another copy of Alice in Wonderland!

Around 4pm my family went home. I had actually planned to spend the evening alone, but then that thought became too much for me, being all alone on my birthday :(
So I called Sascha and invited her and Kenny over! We ate some of the left over food and just enjoyed ourselves. At dinnertime I drove home with them and ate! And after dinner, we went to Sascha's parents place! There we had "Fastelavnsboller" and ice cream with strawberries - and we watched Fantastic Mr. Fox ♥

So, I really had a great day ♥ ♥ ♥

Sunday, Sascha and Kenny came by again, to have some more food! I made them American Pancakes, mmm.

I felt so full and disgusting afterwards, with all the food I'd eaten throughout the weekend, haha.

The black skirt is homemade. I finished sewing it while Sascha and Kenny had just gotten here!
Honestly, it's not finished yet, I need to make a print on it. But I was so happy to have finished sewing it, that I needed to wear it!

Have you watched Fantastic Mr. Fox? If you have, you know what a fantastic story it is, but if you haven't.. what are you waiting for?
This has to be one of the nicest and funniest movies I have ever watched. Ever. And it's SO well made!
I love it and want to watch it over and over again ♥

For those of you not familiar with this;
It is the story of one Mr. Fox and his wild-ways of hen heckling, turkey taking and cider sipping, nocturnal, instinctive adventures. He has to put his wild days behind him and do what fathers do best: be responsible. He is too rebellious. He is too wild. He is going to try "just one more raid" on the three nastiest, meanest farmers that are Boggis, Bunce and Bean. It is a tale of crossing the line of family responsibilities and midnight adventure and the friendships and awakenings of this country life that is inhabited by Fantastic Mr. Fox and his friends.

Teacups filled with tears

Sometimes life end abruptly and unforeseen and other times you're waiting anxiously for death to make his move.
Either way, it's hard losing someone close to you.
I haven't quite understood it yet, it will probably take a while for me to do so - just like the last two times close family passed away.
And please, don't give me the "he's in a better place now" and "everything will be alright", I'm really tired of hearing that from people who don't know me that well.

You will be missed ♥

Fasteline meet-up

This Saturday was once again dedicated to the Fasteline meet-up hosted by Musen ♥
We started off by visiting AROS, though there wasn't much new to see, as one of the main exhibitions, was the same as last time we went there - and the new one, had too many people visiting.

But, just like last time, I was ecstatic about Lemmerz Ghost exhibition! I noticed a lot of new things in his works this time, I even couldn't remember some of them.

Later we went to SHARKS, as usual, to eat.
This time I had the brownie with ice cream!

It was quite expensive for the amount, and the taste wasn't great.. Definitely going to get the sundae ice cream next time!
But I didn't go away disappointed - the milkshake was great, and I got to eat everyones scraps ♥ You guys are so sweet!

As this month is Fastelavn (Shrovetide ?) I decided to dress up more fancy than usual. I had ordered a masquerade mask especially for this occasion!

The skirt looks quite short on the picture, haha. And flat shoes make my legs chubby.. But I really like this co-ord!

Yesterday I went to the movies in the company of Sascha ♥ We were going to watch Black Swan.
Honestly it blew me away. I didn't expect anything else than it being a ballet movie with Natalie Portman (♥), and I hadn't really watched any trailers or reviews of it.
The first scene you're met with was amazing, it captured me right away and I just wanted more!

I found it to be scarier than most horror-movies I've watched, and as I have a weak heart when it comes to things like bones cracking and torn skin, I had my hands in my face all the time, haha.

The movie was beautiful in itself and everything was so well portrayed. Natalie Portman is such a credible actress, I really believed all her feelings to be true!

Definitely a movie I'm going to watch again!

I spend my Saturday with Sascha so we could sew! It ended up being so late and I had eaten so much cake that I stayed over, haha.
While I was finishing sewing a skirt I helped Sascha with a dress: that ended up looking gorgeous!
We kind of had a theme going, using the same fabric. And I'm even going to make another skirt, a high-waist one! The fabric is just so beautiful ♥

I really like the outcome, though I need to iron it a bit better.

Waiting for the train

About time that I updated again!
I'll start out with an outfit from late December:

I was supposed to take the train home from my parents on the 12th, and it came just on time in Vojens. When I arrived to Middelfart I was supposed to switch to another train - that ended up being more than an hour late.. When I was finally seated in the train I was happy of the thought of coming home to my apartment! But that happyness was about to get destroyed as the train got into Århus with the message, "the train has been so delayed that it's not driving further than Århus". I could have cried, I just wanted to get home! But luckily for me, my sisters live in Århus, so I had a place to stay for the night ♥ I stayed at Stine's place, and Lennart, Stine's boyfriend, and I played a whole lot of LIMBO on his Xbox. It was really nice seeing my sisters, so I stayed until Friday!

This is the outfit I wore on the 13th. I want into town with my sisters.

It's nice being home again and returning to my everyday. I spend a lot of time drinking tea, reading and solving puzzles ♥

One of the reasons I stayed at my parents for so long, was because of a lecture I had to hold - this time for the parents of the children in my mothers kindergarten. It's a kindergarten specialized in children with autism and other handicaps, so it was really interesting to get a lot of questions from the parents!

This Friday I spend the entire day together with Sascha, and we had decided to wear lolita!

I can feel that I'm going to wear lolita a lot more this year, it feels great ♥

I wore the same outfit Saturday where i went to Århus again, to celebrate my sisters birthday! It's her actual birthday on the 26th, but that's a Wednesday, sadly. She opened her gifts, we ate buns and cake and had a really nice time! Played a bit of LIMBO again. I wish I owned a Xbox, just so I could play it more often, haha!

Esther seems like the perfect 9-year-old girl and is adopted into the Colaman-family - but there's something wrong with Esther. Terrible accidents follows her around, it's strange as she's such a loving, talented, well-speaking girl. But her new mother, Kate, starts to suspect Esther...

I watched this movie, Orphan, yesterday - and must I say, it was just to my liking!
The movie was a bit long, but it had a plot that I would never had guessed! I loved the twist in it, I really hadn't seen that coming. And Isabella Fuhrman plays excellent, you almost believe she's real.

And now for something irrelevant to the story itself; I adore the clothes Esther wears! It's old fashion children clothes (thought, the story takes place in modern time), and it looks like Innocent World/Mary Magdalene's line for children, if they ever made one. Ah, I wouldn't mind owning her wardrobe ♥

New Year

I hope all of you got into 2011 safely! And I wish all of you a healthy and happy year ♥

On the 28th of December I went to Liv's place, to spend some time with her. We did a lot of things; going to the city, hanging out with Anna and watching movies and TV-series!
On New Years Eve's Day Sascha and Kenny came over, we prepared our dinner and got ready for the evening.
For dinner we had delicious sushi and omelet ♥ I was so stuffed, haha.
We actually (if you read Sascha and Liv's blogs, you probably already know..) had a theme for New Years Eve - Japanese Style!

A very fun idea, I must say, though at first I thought, "..am I excluded from the evening, then?", as I haven't got either a kimono nor a yukata.. But luckily I could borrow one from Liv ♥
I was scared I might look huge in it, but I felt quite nice in it!

When we weren't eating, we were playing Disney's Trivial Pursuit. I lost big time orz But when the clock hit 12:00 we all jumped into 2011!
We watched the fireworks from inside, as the weather was really windy and it seemed a bit dangerous to be outside with all the rockets and stuff. But boy was it pretty!

I stayed at Liv's until the 4th of January ♥ I had such a great time. One of the days Liv's mother asked us out for the movies, so we went and watched Burlesque. The storyline wasn't the best, but MAN, the stage-shows, outfits, make-up, GLAMOROUS EVERYTHING. It was inspiring and beautiful!

On the 4th I came back to my parents home, on the 5th my mom and I went to my place in Aalborg, having to attend a meeting on the 6th. Then today, the 7th, we drove back to my parents place (and I must add, the drive is 3 hours), where I'm staying to the 12th.. My calendar is so full right now, haha!

Merry Christmas everyone! Did you have a nice Christmas Eve?
I sure had ♥ I ate so much, haha. But I like that - Christmas is only right when I eat more food than my own bodyweight!
Over the weekend I've borrowed my sisters new camera, so I'm sorry for the picture spam today..

I had such a nice evening. We ate a lot of delicious food and dessert, danced, or rater run, around the Christmas tree and then we spend the rest of the evening opening our presents. I got a lot of good stuff, thank you family ♥

Christmas Adventure

So many things have happened for the past week and a half, I feel like blogging about it all, but I won't (you'd probably find it very.. uninteresting, haha) (･ｪ-)

To sum it up short, my mom went to my place last week and stayed over the weekend. On our way home to Sønderjylland we went by Århus to pick up one of my sisters - and doing that we had some fun taking pictures too.
Now I'm at my parents home, it's so nice to be here with the whole family ♥
It's just going to be the five of us for Christmas!
I've spend several hours with intense drawing, I need to get better at certain things.
Well, I shouldn't be boring you with a wall of text, so on to the pictures!

Stine brought her two kittens with her, Harry and Shanti. They're so adorable, but they can still be a bit annoying when they wake you up in the middle of the night, haha! But nevertheless they're cute and tiny.

Monday I had Sascha, Kenny and Jenny over for a visit. They stayed to eat dinner, so I made rice pudding and rice a la mande ＼（＾∀＾）メ（＾∀＾）ノ First time I ever made rice a la mande, and I personally think it turned out quite well - even Kenny wanted to eat more than a spoonful, woo!
Later that day we watched the first Tron movie, as we were going to the movies yesterday to watch Tron Legacy!

I was really surprised about the whole plot, it wasn't an awkward sequel like I'd expected it to be. I really liked it ♥

The effects and animation were so good, everything felt very real. And the whole idea of The Creator and The Light! It's a movie I can't wait to watch again (ﾉ´∀｀*)ﾉ
The soundtrack's amazing. I've been listening to it the whole day, haha.
And lastly, I must admit the computer graphics have just gotten slightly better than in 1982 （＾＿－）

Christmas meet-up

As stated in my earlier blog entry, I went to a meet-up this Saturday ♥
It was so nice to just stroll around Århus city with so many cute lolitas. After we had shopped a bit (I bought a blue rose ring, yay) we went to SHARKS diner. I love their milkshakes, mmm (*￣ー￣)_凸 We spend a lot of time there, eating off of each others plates as none of us could eat all the food, haha.

Well, two days ago I crashed on my bike on the icy road outside. I was kind of in chock, started to cry and everything - I called Sascha to say I wasn't going to come to the gym anyway, and kind as she is she went all the way to my place ♥ We spend the day watching anime and making pancakes!

Now, my body is just starting to hurt more and more, haha. Which makes me think about tomorrow; I'm going to a meet-up, and we're going to walk a lot. Damn, I just hope I won't hurt too much! But I'm looking forward to the trip, though ( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ
...aaand this leads me to the next thing. I don't know why, but I can't really sleep at night lately, and right now I'm just waiting to get sleepy (doing everything like lighting candles (lol, the incident just now), drinking hot milk with honey ans so on). Christmas Party

It was a nice day, I had a lot of fun and ate so much ♥

We played "Pakkeleg", a game where you win packages. What would a Christmas Party be without Pakkeleg, haha!
There were a real fight for some of the packages! It's always intertaining to participate in (*≧▽≦)

A Prop Plus Petit Grell figure! Actually, Sascha won it, but we swapped presents, haha. I'm really happy for it, I've wanted to buy it for some time now.

Later we played this RPG/social game called "Werewolf". Man! I love it! I've never really played this type of game before, mainly because it seems so complicated when you read about it. But when you're in the middle of the game it's easier to understand (ﾉ´∀｀*)ﾉ
I can't wait to play it again; you get all nervous and scared when you play it, just the game for me ♥

I wanted to update yesterday, as I said I would, but that never really happened, haha.

I dressed up because I was going to the movies; finally I got to watch Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1 ♥

Honestly, the movie surprised me a great deal, and luckily, the surprise was positive.
I like the amout of feelings in it. And I must say, that Ron is excellent all the way through! I really believed all his feelings. And that fight with the horcrux was really nice.
Now I can't wait for the last movie - but at the same time I don't want to movies to end too..

In the meantime, I'll start to read the books again ♥

My Sunday was spend at Sascha & Kenny's place - or rather, in their basement!
We were doing a photoshoot in connection with a project Kenny is doing.
It was rather fun with the effects going on and all, Sascha saying "DOWN!" when I had to move out of the frame quickly, haha ε=ε=ε=┌(*ﾟ∇ﾟ)┘
I think a lot of the pictures turned out really scary. It was nice to try and do a photoshoot like this ♥

I spend yesterday in the company of 5 girls from our lolita circle, Sugar & Spice ♥

The day started rather slow, as the meet-up was held here in Aalborg, so I didn't have to get ready early - so I took my time to put my outfit together, and luckily I looked outside the window.
I was quite choked to see all the snow! Everything was covered in white, and big snowflakes were falling from the sky (ﾉ´∀｀*)ﾉ I love snow, so this was a very happy sight.
And now I had a very good excuse to use my beautiful umbrella again! I haven't used it for a couple of years, which is a shame..

We spend most of the day at the museum "KuNSTEN" and later on the Utzon Center - they were selling some delicious cake at "KuNSTEN", haha ( ･ω･)つ I quite liked a lot of the installations that were on display.

Later we went to Sascha's place and watched some Pocahontas. Or rather slept to the sound of it, hahaha ［(－－)］ZZz

It Is What It Is

Last December, my oldest sister introduced me to the Youtube-account iamamiwhoami. She had read about this new music group, and when she saw the first few videos she thought about me; knew this would be something I'd love. And oh was she right, I fell in love instantly!
The anonymity, the obscure images, the symbolism and puzzles, everything was captivating. I started to follow their channel, waiting for every new video to come, which could take months, but everything new were even more magical than the other.
Everyone was discussing who it might be. Lady Gaga? Madonna? Christina Aguilera? Everyone was guessing. But images from the videos started to show more and more of this woman, always covered in something and with a distorted face - it became more and more clear that it might be the Swedish singer Jonna Lee.
I personally like to see through this, and still see iamamiwhoami as being, well, just iamamiwhoami.

Then, on the 1st of October, they posted a new video - asking for their followers to choose a volunteer. This volunteer would go to their concert, a concert with only one person watching.
The Youtube-user TehHills was chosen, but she didn't have a passport, so she chose the user ShootUpTheStation to go instead - he had to film his whole journey.

Then, on the 16th at 12:01 AM, Swedish time, the concert would be shown on their website. Due to high traffic on the site, it was 15 minutes delayed - and was only available for 4 hours. Sadly, I wasn't able to watch the concert at the time, but luckily someone had recorded everything.
I was glued to my computer screen for 1 hour and 4 minutes.
And I watched it again.
I haven't been listening to any other music since Tuesday.
This was so beautiful and everything suddenly made sense.
And I've never felt more inspired. Something in my changed because of iamamiwhoami.

J-popcon

This years J-popcon is now over - a weekend that went a bit too fast （￣へ￣）
I remember when I was still thinking "J-popcon is so far away, man" and now it's just done.
It has been a very nice and fun weekend, I enjoyed everything! I really liked that J-popcon moved to a bigger location this year, so there's actually room for all the attendances. But I kind of missed a map in the con-book, I couldn't find ANY of the event rooms orz Hope they fix that for next year.

FRIDAY:
Lol, I slept at Sascha and Kenny's place from Thursday to Friday, and Friday morning I finished the last details of my dress and helped doing the dishes.
So weird to think about that my day started like that, and I was soon to find myself in Copenhagen mingled with a lot of cosplayers and freaks ♥
I didn't see many events Friday, just hung out with my friends.
And of cause I attended to Lolita fashion show Ｏ(≧∇≦)Ｏ Man, we were 32 models! Crazzzy. And everyone was looking good ♥

Later that night I went home with Liv to stay at her place. It would be so weird to attend a con in Cph and NOT sleep at her place ♥ I love being there and it's so nice to have someone to dress up with and go together.

SATURDAY:
I went as Grell Sutcliff again this year, now with a better and more accurate vest （　´∀｀） I'm really happy I managed to make it, it looks so much better.
And who did I cosplay with? Mie ♥ She cosplayed Madam Red and GOSH she makes the best Madam Red ever!

The most of the day was spend going around, standing in line and watching the cosplay show. Mie, Liv and I went to the Maid Café. It was a bit overpriced, but I think the idea is very cute (o*･ω･) The cosplay show was really good! But as always, J-popcon had some issues with light and sound, sadly. But despite that, I must admit that the cosplay act standard was very high! You could really feel that everyone put a lot of energy and thought into their acts (ﾉ´∀｀*)ﾉ And I was so happy that Sørine and Abena won the DCS ♥ Well deserved! Oh, and about the whole "standing in line"-thing.. I was SO disappointed that we had been standing in line for the cosplay show for such a long time, and when we finally got in we couldn't even choose where we wanted to sit - so we ended up getting shitty seats ヽ(ｏ`皿′ｏ)ﾉ and people getting in later got really good seats. But luckily, I had a VIP badge, so I could get a good VIP seat ♥

SUNDAY:
Sunday was just a very relaxed day, looked at a lot of awesome cosplayers. Liv and Mie cosplayed Kim and Shego from Kim Possible, and they were so awesome! They looked like they had just stepped right out of the cartoon. No wonder so many people wanted their picture, haha ♥

I wish I had had some white socks instead, it would have looked a lot better with the fur-scarf orz and I need a better petti, haha!

All in all, I had a wonderful con and I can't wait for the next one ♥

As said in my earlier entry, I spend my weekend in my parents summer cottage together with my dad ♥
We're far from done with the house, but I can see an end to it now! (*´ο`*)=3

I filled in all the mud holes in the drive-way, man, that was a lot harder than I expected! And then I painted the last bit of wood with wood-protection.

My dad's a real handyman, here he's in the middle of putting up wood for isolation.

Saturday we went to the harbor, and guess what we saw?

I've never seen a real seal before, except for in zoo, and this one was quite big.
It wasn't looking too good though, so a couple of people called Falck..

Right now I'm sitting in Sascha and Kenny's apartment. I'm helping Sascha with some cosplay stuff, and it's always nice to get delicious dinner, haha (/^▽^)/

I've been practicing putting in contact lenses (got my first pair ♥) - I'm so scared about it, and I know I shouldn't be, but whenever it's about eyes I just.. get scared (＞。≪)
So far I've had one in and touch the eye, but sadly I blinked it out.

It's a shame you can't really see the color of the dress, it's very dark green.

As you might see, I took a great inspiration from Dolly Kei. I fall more and more in love with this style, and I want to incorporate it into my everyday clothes. Sadly I haven't got a lot of suitable clothes, but I'll have to look for some sometime ♥
To be honest, I've loved this style ever since I laid my eyes on it. I love the rich, down to earth colors, all the layers and accessories.

This Friday Louise held her birthday party with a costume dress code! Sascha and I had been talking a lot about what we should dress up as and ended up deciding on school girls, ohoho 八(＾□＾*) She was the wild and rebellious school girl, while I was the blond and nice school girl.

How I love this school girl outfit, I think it's very cute ♥ (I feel like doing some closet Sailor Moon cosplay~)
It was very fun to go dresses like this!

Saturday came
And it was time for some Halloween meet-up!
I've been so excited about this, I love Halloween!

The meet-up was a lot of fun, a lot of the attendances dressed up as Halloween Lolitas and we went to ARoS ♥
I really like going to museums, and this was no exception - at first we saw the exhibition by Lemmerz, a really grotesque one. Some of the works even made me very unease, but I loved every bit of it.

Some of you know, that I'm not too happy with Mickey Mouse after I watched Suicide Mouse.. And guess what? Lemmerz made his own Suicide Mouse (ﾟДﾟ≡ﾟДﾟ)

After the Lemmerz exhibition we went to look at the other exhibitions - and one I had been looking very much forward to was the one by Julie Nord!
My sister introduced me to her art, and I can only say, that she must have read my mind!

I find her works incredible, it's as if I stepped into my own thought made into paintings. I want to meet her one day （＾＿－）

After ARoS, we went to the diner with a 50's theme! It's called Sharks, and makes some really delicious Sundae ice cream and Milkshakes. Man, it tastes delicious !o(￣~￣)oΨ

It's Halloween in a couple of days, and the school have been all dressed up, haha!
All the floor and the walls have been decorated with pumpkins, spiders and "Halloween" （*＾ー゜) It's quite awesome.

Right now I'm working on a few sewing projects.

The striped thing you see is done, and I'll be showing you pictures after the weekend.
The black one just needs the finished touch, and then it's done too ☆(ﾟωﾟ☆)
I really love sewing, even if my back starts to ache like hell, it's just so calming and nice to create something ★彡

Speaking of sewing, I won't be making any new cosplay for J-popcon..
I really wanted to do one, maybe two, but I just haven't got any money to afford it (9;Д;)9 So next year it'll be~

Got home yesterday after a lovely vacation - Wednesday my mom, Julie and I went home to my parents place, it was really nice to just relax ♥ I didn't get to do all the things I wanted to do this vacation; finish sewing my dress, draw, fix my wig and go to Flensburg, but I did have a nice time. Thursday I had an appointment at the hair dresser, so now I've got healthy looking hair again, and a super short fringe (￣▽￣)ノ
Right after the hair dresser I went to meet up with two of my friends from a former school. We spend three hours talking at the café, haha!

Today I wanted to clean my apartment, sew and dress up, but I fell asleep over noon till afternoon, so I kind of wasted the day, sight... But I did get around to finish a drawing!

Right now I'm sitting my parents summer cottage. I have vacation right now, so I'm helping renovate some more (*≧▽≦) It's quite cold as there's no isolation right now. But hopefully we'll get a lot done, so we can be here in the Christmas Holidays!

First of all, I want to thank all of you. Seriously, I cried a tear of happiness when I read all of your -9- comments! You guys are so sweet, I didn't even expect anyone to read the whole thing, and then it's the blog entry with most comments, haha ♥ That means a lot to me!

Light and Shadows from the past

I'm crying like crazy right now, DR2 Premiere showed the movie "El Orfanato". I've watched it a number of times already and it's such a sad and touching film~ No wonder it got a 10 minutes applause when it was aired at the film festival for the first time! （；_・）

This weekend was spend at my parents house ♥ I have only been home 4 times since I moved out in January.. But one of the reasons for this is that the train ride takes about 4-5 hours, depending on which time of the day you take the train ( 　ﾟ,_ゝﾟ)
The main reason for me to go home was actually not only to see my parents again, but because I had to hold a lecture at Asperggaard.
Some of you know that I've held lectures before, and it's a think I enjoy!
This time I was going to talk to 4 girls, aged 12-16, and their parents - these girls are where I was when I was their age.
Oh, and for those of you who doesn't know; I have Aspergers Syndrome, a form of Autism, and many people have told me, that my story is a success story, that I've been so lost in life and the system, but I beat everyone and I'm now living an almost independent life, this is why I'm doing this.
I learned so much from this lecture, and it was kind of a relief to meet someone who is just as myself. Now I know that I'm not alone to have had such feelings and felt so hopeless - so I'm just very happy that I can give something to these girls, maybe give them a sign that they're not alone and that life gets better ♥
They told me that it was nice to talk to someone who have been through the same thing, and to see that things can be sorted out; it made me so happy that I could give them that!
It was truly an eyeopening evening, and I hope that I'll hear from the girls again! ♥
I thought it was nice that I got to talk with the girls, just us, when my mom got to talk with all the parents in another room - this gave room for questions some might not want to ask with their parents/daughters near.

The arrangers of this event payed for my train ticket, which I thought was a very nice gesture and "payment". But they didn't find that enough, so they gave me another 500Dkr and a nice bag of delicious tea, chocolate, liquorice and jam, wow! My mom and I was very surprised, and both of us want to hear how it's going to go for these girls!

Sometimes I think I wouldn't mind living off of this, I really feel like I can make a difference, and actually help someone. I know that I would have loved to talk to someone about these things when I was in my darkest times, someone who had gotten out of it and was living their own life despise all the difficulties.

I enjoyed being with my parents a great deal, we ate delicious food all the time, mom and I went to the town and bought drawing materials, sat in the garden and drew together with mom, had some good talks with my dad and played a whole lot with Bernhard!
I didn't want to go home yesterday, but sadly school was calling ☆⌒(＞。≪)
But I'm going to see them again next week, so excited! I'm going to see my sister Stine too!

Helloo~ everyone!
I'm so tired right now, long day in school, went to buy some tea for my mom, fell asleep when I got home and just ate dinner. I'm ready to go to bed now (ﾟｰﾟ)(｡_｡)

BUT, I want to share with you what happened this weekend;
I held my belated house warming/birthday party!! Actually, my birthday was i February, but I never got around to celebrate together with my friends, so better late than never 八(＾□＾*)

I invited more than a handful of friends, but only four was able to show up - then I shouldn't worry about not having enough room or food, haha!
The first one to show up was Mousy! And luckily she didn't mind me cleaning my apartment orz
Later Sascha and Kenny showed up, and then Louise came over in the evening!

I made a cake... or should I say whipped cream with a touch of cake, hahahaha ( ^‐^)_且 The cake was filled with cream puffs(?), whipped cream and bananas! I think it was delicious, even if it was quite disgusting after too much (;/゜o゜)/

I failed at blowing out the last candle orz

They brought me presents （ノへ＾）
Mousy gave me the cutest muffler and gloves from Baby, the Starts Shine Bright!! I haven't got a picture of them jet.. But I love them soo much! Now I'll look fabulous even in the winter time （＾＿－）☆

Sascha and Kenny gave me a complete set of dishes, bowls and cups! With diamond pattern ♦♦♦ I've wanted them ever since I saw them, so kind of Sascha and Kenny to give the whole set to me ♥ I'm going to use it so much!

Louise gave me a bottle of Tequila, first time I've ever tried it. Got too much salt in the first turn, though, hahaha orz But it tastes quite good ( ﾟ▽ﾟ)

We ended up watching Ponyo, and I fell asleep. And woke op when the Ponyo song started ♫

I had such a great night! Thank you for making it such a nice day and night ♥

I went to the cinema with Sascha, Kenny and Marc this Tuesday. ♥

We watched Resident Evil: Afterlife 3D!!

I've only watched the first two movies, and can't quite remember them, but I really liked this one.
The effects were really good, and I got quite a few chocks, haha （．＿．）
I think there were a bit too much Silent Hill-like creatures in it, and too much HELLOOOO-DEMON, sadly.
BUT, the 3D was amazing! I wouldn't have thought a real action movie could ever work well with 3D, I mean, Avatar was just confusing to watch in 3D.. But in Resident Evil, it just felt right. Like HERE, HAVE SOME ZOMBIE IN YOUR FACE, haha ε≡(ノ´＿ゝ｀）ノ

I'm sad that there is no doubt about a movie no. 5 coming up. orz

This Sunday, Sascha and I went out for a photoshoot.
For a while, we have been talking about the theme for this photoshoot - Sascha was going to participate in a Lolita Fairy Tale contest, so we needed to figure out how we should go about it!
Sascha had a lot of crazy ideas, but some of them would be too complicated to do.. And then we decided on Snow White ♥
To make everything more interesting to look at, Sascha wanted it to be both Snow White and the Evil Queen in the photo - and thus I had to model both of them, haha!

It was really cold, and having to change outfit in the middle of it all was chilling me! But I got a reward in the end ( ﾟ▽ﾟ)/
I got to eat the delicious apple!

For this photoshoot we wanted Snow White's outfit to be like in the Disney Movie, with a lolita twist. So I sew the skirt specially for this! Sascha helped me so much making it ♥

Sascha did an amazing editing job on the first picture I posted, the one from dA! It actually looks like I'm standing in front of myself (*≧▽≦)

Sugar & Spice

Saturday I went to Aarhus for our lolita circles first meet-up!
We decided on a name and we're now called Sugar & Spice ♥
It was such a nice day and I'm looking very much forward to getting to know all of the girls.
Some of the girls couldn't make it to our first meet-up, but hopefully they'll be able to come next time (^-^*)/

We spend the day walking around Aarhus for some shopping - but as we're at the end of the month, no one seemed to have money to buy anything, haha （￣～￣;）
But none the less was it very fun to walk around and get to know each other!

I'm looking very much forward to the next meet up ♥

Kita 10.2

This weekend was Kita 10.2 - oh boy did i have fun!
I love Kita so much, I always have a great time and enjoy everything ( ^ _ ^)∠☆
This time some guys from Copenhagen joined the fun. Amazing that they want to go all this way to experience Kita ♥ One of these guys were Liv, I was so happy to see her again and hang out with her!

Kita always have a lot of contest, and I participatet in some of them. I even got in third with the Sound-contest （　´∀｀） (Thanks to Morten and Liv, haha)

This is what I wore Friday:

Sascha and Mousy were cosplaying as Medusa and Stein, and I so loved it, aah ヾ(´○＿`*)

At Kita there's always bring and buy, and Skaya was selling a lot of her loli brand clothes.. And I accidentally bought a Baby, the Stars Shine Bright skirt, an Angelic Pretty cutsew and Angelic Pretty OTK socks (*´ο`*)
I didn't have to pay a lot for it, and to tell the truth I've wanted that skirt foreverrrr! And I've been looking for a cutsew like that for ages too, so guess I was very lucky ♥

I also got some things from Bodyline;

Sunday Liv, Sascha and I had a photoshoot to take pictures of our Ponyo cosplay!
It was fun and cold, and I'm so happy to finally have so great photos of these cosplays 八(＾□＾*)
Liv is such a great Ponyo, all her expressions, nom ♥ ♥ ♥
Thank you so much for styling my wig, it looks so much better now!

So well, yeah, I don't really remember a lot from the past week. I spend most days at Marc's, working on our project~ and the weekend was spend at Huset, at Kita 10.2 ♥

I should have been out grocery-shopping today, but I kind of lost track of time.

OH GOD, THIS MOVIE.
I HAVE NO WORDS.
MIND = BLOWN.
Never have I watched a movie that kept my heart pounding for 90% of the movie!
I did know, from a lot of friends that have seen it, that is should be amazing and incredible and everything, but I really didn't expect this ∑(O_O；)
The whole plot, the idea and the execution is brilliant.
Definitely a movie I'm going to watch again!

Man, I can't stop thinking about it, and that ending, wowow!

Outfit from Thursday, my teacher was ill, so classes were called off.
I then dressed up to go grocery-shopping (　^ (●●)－)

Outfit from Friday, short day at school and then off to Hobro, to meet up with Musen with Sascha and Kenny! It was so nice to see Musen's apartment, and to meet Goliath ♥
Later that night we went to Ambu, before heading home to Aalborg~

I love those red pumps, but they broke ヽ(｀０´）ノ I hope I can get them fixed!

It was a nice and fun night, together with my friends! We watched Hercules, Mulan and Treasure Planet! Haven't watched Treasure Planet since I was 10 or so, and I still love it as I did back then ♥ And Jim is as cute as everrr ♥

I spend a lot of time looking at things that inspire me (lol, almost everything inspire me) and I'm sad there wasn't room enough for everything to fit here~

This is.. unbelievable. Today I learned that in October there will be an Americanized re-make of "Låt Den Rätta Komma In". (ﾟДﾟ|||)
This is one of my favorite movies - when I bought the movie last year, I didn't know what I was going into. I had heard a bit about it in the news, and being the horror-lover that I am, I had to buy it.
I watched it.
I was stunned.
I couldn't believe what I had seen, what a masterpiece it is.

The whole story, the atmosphere, the acting, everything seemed so right and real.

But there will be a Hollywood version.

Seeing the actors that was chosen for it.. I just don't know. I think they're way too pretty, especially Virginia (Sasha Barrese).
And Chloë Moretz (Hit Girl in Kick-Ass), who's playing Eli looks so much like a child - I know she is and all, but compared to the character she's acting she doesn't have the right look. You know, it's so hard to explain, haha.

Okay, enough rant.
I'm looking forward to watching the re-make, the trailer looks nice,

The director knows what he's doing when making a movie, Cloverfiels was quite good!
And he shows his respect to both the movie and the book - he wouldn't change the ago of the kids, even when he was asked to. He knows how big a role the ages play （　・∀・）

Thomas Alfredson criticized; "remakes should be made of movies that aren't very good, that gives you the chance to fix whatever has gone wrong. I'm very proud of my movie and I think it's great, but the Americans might have another opinion. The saddest thing for me would be to see this beautiful story made into something mainstream. I don't like to whine, but of course – if you spent years on painting a picture, you'd hate to hear buzz about a copy even before your vernissage!"
And I agree with him.

Btw, there will also be a comic book based on the movie. To this John Ajvide Lindqvist (author of the book) said; "Nobody has asked me about [doing a comic] and I think that the project stinks. I am looking into this matter and hope that they have no right to do this."

OKAY, I JUST NEEDED TO GET IT OUT OF MY SYSTEM. Thank you ♥
