Kløben

Kløben is a South Jutish Christmas bread. It's super delicious! When I visited my family for the Holidays I decided to try my hand at baking it!

It has marzipan, raisins, almonds and all kinds of goodness in it!

Definitely not the last time I bake kløben.

For my dad I made a heating pad with wheat grains - and I had enough to make myself one as well, heh. 

I'm a big fan of heating pads with wheat grains. You put them in the microwave for 3 minutes and they are ready!
