Foggy day

One day in December, when I visited my parents, a heavy fog drifted through the town.

Kløben is a South Jutish Christmas bread. It's super delicious! When I visited my family for the Holidays I decided to try my hand at baking it!

It has marzipan, raisins, almonds and all kinds of goodness in it!

Definitely not the last time I bake kløben.

Heating pads

For my dad I made a heating pad with wheat grains - and I had enough to make myself one as well, heh. 

I'm a big fan of heating pads with wheat grains. You put them in the microwave for 3 minutes and they are ready!

Admission test

Last week I went to Hamburg for the admission test in the school I have applied for.

Just getting to the test is an achievement for me; if I'm not mistaken, about 500-600 people send in a portfolio, and 50-60 got to the admission test.

Walking into the building on the second day, I noticed a note hanging on the bulletin board. Apparently, later this month there will be a portfolio exhibition, showing the portfolios that showed particular skills - 7 portfolios from the people who applied for illustration. I was choked to see my name on that last!

Even if I don't get in, that is quite the compliment.
